SUMMARY

Artera is seeking a Patient Experience Implementation Program Manager to oversee our complex implementations. You will own the implementation activity of onboarding the customer across all sites and ensuring customers achieve value from the solutions. You will own coordination with Artera stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Technical) from planning to go-live. You will gather requirements, drive setup, and manage projects from end-to-end until successfully transitioning clients to the relationship management team.

You will partner with key customer leaders to further champion Artera's solutions across the customer enterprise. Internally, you will work collaboratively with teammates to improve internal processes and implementation methodologies. By supporting the success of our customers, you will contribute to improve the quality, outcomes, and care experience for patients.

This is an exciting role for an experienced project/program manager with a passion for both the strategic and technical aspects of improving healthcare through human-centered technology solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage complex customer implementation workstreams from end to end, delegating and overseeing appropriate tasks to additional team members as appropriate
  • Work directly with external teams and Artera's team to develop innovative patient communication solutions that directly impact patient outcomes
  • Be a subject matter expert on the Artera platform (i.e., post discharge planning, referrals management, self-rescheduling automations, API)
  • Partner with Artera's Product and technical teams to ensure that Artera delivers a world-class customer experience
  • Manage the successful build out, launch, and ongoing maintenance of customer-wide implementations and reporting functions
  • Guide customers to achieve and document impact / ROI through the use of Artera's patient engagement platform
  • Provide timely and accurate communication internally and to customers
  • Be a positive, collaborative, creative member of cross-functional teams and bring a relentless commitment to delivering results
  • Lead internal process improvement initiatives and be an active participant in improving implementation processes, tool and outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree (business, technology, or healthcare related degree preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in implementation project/program management in Healthcare SaaS operations and/or clinical informatics
  • 5+ years clinical workflow experience or experience with healthcare data, such as healthcare claims, electronic health records and/or patient-reported data
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, driven individual with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is able to manage multiple projects at once

BONUS

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Health Administration or Public Health (or related degree)
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Clinical experience (RN, RT, PT, OT, Rx, etc.)
  • Experience leading clinical and/or healthcare performance improvement initiatives
  • Remote work experience
  • Startup experience
  • Strong knowledge of value based care and population health or clinical workflows
  • Experience identifying and achieving return on investment (ROI)

SALARY RANGE

Actual base salary will depend on experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal equity.

$98,000 - $143,000
