Insight Global Healthcare is partnering with a Health System company in San Antonio, TX looking for Patient Financial Representatives to join their team.
Shift: M-F, 8am-5pm
Job type: 12 week contract (extensions and permanent possible)
Must haves:
- HS Diploma or equivalency required
- 1+ years experience in billing/collections in a healthcare setting
- Covid vaccinated
Responsibilities:
- Provides back up coverage and support for various positions within as assigned by the manager
- Provides coaching and mentoring for associates on transactional processes assigned by the manager
Day-to-Day:
This position is a back up for business office functions, providing work coverage for the various operational work units in the organization. This includes billing, collections, reimbursement validation, cash posting, mail handling, scanning, sorting, assembly, copying, faxing, and data entry functions. In addition, this position provides training to Associates on processes as required by the Manager to support new and existing Associates
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
