Spectrum Healthcare has an opportunity for a Full Time Patient Representative (Monday-Friday )at the Fairfax Health Center in Fairfax, Virginia.
Position Overview:
This integral part of the Healtcare team is responsible to Investigate, resolve, document and report organization-specific patient and visitor compliments and concerns to leadership and staff. Develop, implement and participate in customer service and patient relations initiatives related to the clinic. .
Essential Functions:
Facilitate resolution of complaints/grievances/requests for Patients & Visitors for FHC.- Document patient/visitor concerns to include patient demographic data, synopsis of incident, actions taken to resolve, and outcome; input into Patient Feedback Tracker spreadsheet.
- Coordinate and communicate information pertinent to the goals of the FHC and the FBCH Healthcare System.
- Coordinate interventions/services with FBCH Patient Advocate Office and Risk Management.
- Help resolve complaints by listening to patient’s needs and directing them to appropriate supervisor or physician
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described
