If so, we’re seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative in our West Chester, PA office and this may be the perfect role for you!

Patient Service Representative Qualifications

This critical position will provide our patients with a Five Star customer service experience. Professionally greets patients; perform check in and check our functions; accurately schedule and register patients; verifying all patient demographic, health, pharmacy, and insurance information. Explain patient financial requirements as needed; solid understanding of health insurance and managed care plans. It is a full-time, 40 hours per week, benefits eligible position and reports to our Administrative Manager. It provides support to multiple providers in a busy team oriented environment.

Qualifications

A Minimum of 1 to 2 years customer service and or medical office experience required. Must be computer-proficient; strong interpersonal and organizational skills; self-motivated, patient focused with the demonstrated ability to work well in a fast paced team environment. Patient Services Representative must have a clear understanding of basic medical and insurance terminology.
