Responsibilities

Grand View Health is looking for a friendly and energetic Patient Service Representative to join our OB/GYN office in Quakertown and become a valued member of our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people and desires to make a positive impact on the lives of patients.

The Patient Service Representative is responsible for a wide variety of functions such as:
  • Handling the arrival and/or departure of patients in a practice.
  • Handling patient calls and inquires, coordinating patient appointments.
  • Updating patient insurance/billing information and performing point of service activities to ensure quality of care to the child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.


Schedule: Tuesday, 8:00am - 12:00pm at Quakertown; Wednesday, 8:30am - 12:30pm at Sellersville; Thursday, 10:00am - 7:00pm at Quakertown; Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, Quakertown


Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma/GED required.
