CCHC Southern Gastroenterology is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong knowledge of medical terminology. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing quality healthcare services and making a difference in the lives of our patients. Medical Office experience or Associates Degree in Medical Office Technology is preferred. Full-Time, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and collect co-payments.
  • Provide information about the practice and services offered.
  • Assist with patient registration and medical records maintenance.
  • Answer questions about gastroenterology services and procedures.
  • Provide customer service to patients and families.
