Entry Level Payroll Clerk opportunity!
Assist in all activities regarding the management of employee compensation for our field staff. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented professional with good communication abilities. The goal is to carry out assigned payroll procedures with speed and accuracy. This is a Full Time M-F on site position located in our Levittown, NY headquarters.
In this role you will:
- Update payroll records
- Collect, code and verify timekeeping information
- Accurately enter data
- Scan, copy, organize and file documents
The skills required for this role include:
- Great attention to detail and confidentiality
- Computer savvy with a willingness to learn new systems
- Experience with HHA Exchange is a Plus
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
