Payroll Clerk Job at WKS Restaurant Corporation | WKS Restaurant Group

Responsibilities:
- Review and process multi-company payroll on a weekly & bi-weekly basis
- Verify and ensure accuracy of all payroll earnings, taxes and deductions
- Process manual entries, stop payments, refunds and termination checks as needed
- Distribution of weekly reporting of labor to Management Team
- Respond to verification of employment request
- Remit all garnishment notification to ADP for processing.
- Issue W-2 copies to employees
- Scan and save manual check back-up paperwork
- Run and Maintain Various Reports such as Monthly and Quarterly CES Reporting
Skills/Qualifications:
- ADP Workforce Now and/or Paycom Experience preferred
- Garnishment processing experience in California (multi-state a plus)
- Excel skill including pivot tables and v-look ups
- Ability to adapt to fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Bi-Lingual preferred ( Spanish / English)
