Payroll Specialist Job at FIRST CALL STAFFING
First Call Professional Services is now hiring for a Payroll Specialist for Rushville, IN. This is a Direct Hire position with pay ranging from $45K- $50K.
Duties:
- Process hourly payroll weekly and reconcile all ADP reports for accuracy.
- Prepare the hourly payroll report for payment and ensure payment is made timely.
- Serve as primary system administrator of the payroll system.
- Maintain and manage all hourly payroll data in the ADP system.
- Maintain and ensure all attendance input is correct and communicated correctly and on time.
- Process and enter the database attendance as to the measure of discipline to be given timely.
- Add new hires and the information into the system correctly and all primary point of contact for workers compensation and personal information.
- Maintain Bonus Hours and Perfect Attendance hours.
- Weekly manning document to Vice President.
- Complete and distribute the monthly wage report.
