PC Tech Job at RESCUECOM

As a Computer Technician, you'll join our Service Team providing tech support to our customers over the phone or Internet.
You will work and communicate with other Technicians to ensure that our customer needs are met in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting customer needs
- Maintaining a line of communication as those issues are resolved or addressed
- Performing systems maintenance
- Resolving issues with IT systems
- Supporting systems' general function
- Install antivirus, backup, anti-spam, and patch software and upgrades, and any tasks assigned.

During training, pay will be towards the beginning of the scale and after graduation from training, pay will increase towards the higher end of the range

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

- Holidays
