CustomCARE is one of the larger PCA agencies in Minnesota that serves children, adults with disabilities, and the elderly population. We are currently seeking PCAs and homemakers to assist clients with personal cares, activities of daily living, errand running, homemaking, homework help, and outings in the community.

One client, an adult female in Hastings, MN needs assistance with transfers, walking, some bathing, some running errands and attending doctors appointments. Homemaking assistance as well such as laundry, taking out the garbage , cooking, general cleaning, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. Including:
· Bathing
· Hair Care
· Skin Care
· Nail Care
· Dress/Undress
· Medication reminders
· Mobility
· Transfers
· Meals, Snacks, Fluids
· Peri-care
· Light Housekeeping
Immediate need for these shifts:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
