Job Highlights
- Work under the supervision of a RN to deliver patient care
- Assist with Vital Signs (includes manual blood pressure), 12-Lead EKG, Bladder Ultrasound, Foley catheter and IV adapter removal, sterile specimen collection, bathing, beds, ambulating, turning, hourly rounding, blood glucose, feeding, admitting patients to room, preparing patients for discharge and any other duties delegated by the Registered Nurse
- Assist with the implementation of a patient specific care plan
Candidate Profile
- PCT Certification
- BLS/CPR from American Heart Association required and one of the following certifications or student status is required:
- Current/Active Nursing Assistant Certification (by the State of Illinois) or
a Student Nurse who has completed one clinical rotation, or a Student Nurse who has a Medical Assistant Certification, or a Student Nurse who has who has EMT-B / Paramedic training
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
