Pediatric Nurse Job at Team Select Home Care

Team Select Home Care, supports the efforts of children and young adults who are medically fragile to live at home with their families and thrive in their communities. We provide 1:1 patient care and have around the clock support from our experienced clinical team. We are currently a seeking day or night shift Registered Nurse RN or Licensed Practical Nurse LPN, to care for a in Batavia, IL.
Great opportunity to go to elementary school with a child: Weekdays 7a-5p!
Responsibilities:
- Patient assessments
- Administration of prescribed medication
- Care planning
- Communication with other members of the patient's multi-disciplinary team
- Emergency management
- Health promotion and teaching
Qualifications:
- One (1) year nursing experience a plus but New Grads welcome!
- Experience with tracheostomy, g-tube care, vent a plus, however we will provide clinical training
- Maintain current CPR certification.
- Valid RN or LPN
