We are seeking a People Business Partner to report to the Head of People Experience in support of the People and organizational agenda within the defined business unit(s). The People Business Partner will partner with leaders to provide guidance, coaching, and strategic insight. You will drive the successful delivery of people strategies and support leaders in creating and sustaining high-performing teams while maintaining a balance between being a strategic advisor and an employee champion. You will treat obstacles as opportunities, lead with patience and kindness, and nimbly pivot across multiple projects and priorities adroitly.

What you'll do
- Partner with leaders and individual contributors to ensure a high-performance, highly engaging, and inclusive culture in a hyper-growth environment
- Lead and administer people programs across a wide range of areas from career development and career pathing frameworks to performance management and partnering on relevant learning and development solutions for the assigned business unit(s)
- Partner closely with the broader People Team and key stakeholders to identify, design and drive strategy on complex HR initiatives that support the needs of the assigned business unit(s), including, but not limited to employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, compensation planning (equity, bonus, merit), and leadership development
- Act as a change agent as the business continues to reshape itself with the goal of providing a world-class customer and employee experience
- Operates as a trusted advisor by using professional credibility and strong relationships with senior leaders to influence key priorities
- Explores opportunities to become more data-driven so that all data points are leveraged for consideration in people-related decisions
- Partners with the Total Rewards team to understand the market competitiveness of the assigned business unit’s compensation
- Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement successful recruiting strategies
- Leads and/or participates in assigned People project teams and business unit committees
- Supports compliance with all local laws and regulations, security, and integrity of data including personal and confidential information
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor and thought partner with leaders at various levels (front line leaders - executives)
- Deep understanding of HR processes, especially hands-on experience in management/leadership development, performance management and employee relations
- Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse business units
- Able to operate equally effectively at both a tactical as well as strategic level
- Analytical, quantitative and process-oriented thinker; someone experienced in interpreting data and diagnosing issues as needed to inform decisions
- An ability to be proactive, to anticipate and provide alternatives and options to the business
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an engaging and persuasive communicator
- Proficiency in and partnership with other functional areas of the People Team
- Solid knowledge of local labor laws, statutes, and compliance requirements in the Americas.
- Previous experience in management/leadership development programs and/or learning and development function strongly preferred

The starting base pay for this role is between $110,000 and $145,000 USD for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skillsets, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
