Job Description
Reports To
Manager – Coaching and Development
Job Duties
- Provides performance management guidance to leaders such as coaching and career development through the Quarterly Performance Check in process and the 30-60-90 day new hire assessments.
- Maintains working knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day managements of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory adherence. Partners with legal and HR departments as needed/required.
- Educates employees on Pinnacle policy and organizational people initiatives
- Facilitate trainings for the organization
- Maintain and Manage a division of responsibility for the Coaching and Development team.
Accountabilities
- Complete Effective Performance Check Ins with all Pinnacle Employees that fall under your scope within a 90-day time frame.
- Ensure all employees have a development plan with clear set expectations to be successful in their role.
- Complete 30-60-90-day assessments with all new employees within their first 90 days of employment.
- Facilitation of trainings and topics of interest within the organization

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of customer service and managing a team
- Proficient in Excel

Working Environment
- Conditions may include working inside and/or outside. May work around office machinery with moving parts and moving objects. Working near radiant and electrical energy. Working closely with others or working alone. Working extended or irregular hours and travelling by all possible modes of transportation.
Physical Job Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, push, stoop, reach above the shoulder, grasp, pull, bend repeatedly, climb stairs, identify colors, hear with aid, see, write, count, read, speak, analyze, lift and carry under 30 lbs., and perceive depth.
Tools and PPE Requirements
- Equipment (machines, tools, devices) used in performing the essential job function include but not limited to computers and related equipment, calculators, copiers, fax machines, and telephone.
