JOB OVERVIEW
As a member of the Callaway sales team, the goal of a Performance Representative is to provide best-in-class events in partnership with our customers to encourage brand exposure that will lead to exponential revenue opportunities. This role highlights Topgolf Callaway Brand’s modern golf approach in a relevant experience. The Performance Representative will manage the Callaway Performance Fitting Events and brand exposure at golf courses (Green Grass) and retail (Off-Course) facilities within a specified territory. This person will also assist in educating, demonstrating, and promoting Toptracer technology through exclusive B2B and B2C activations.
Reporting to the Project Lead of Performance Fitting, the Performance Representative will work with the assigned local Outside Sales Representative(s) in coordinating and executing Callaway Performance Fitting Events and exclusive Toptracer activations. This person will manage a team of fitters, including the fitting event schedule, provide proper training, and ensure best-in-class performance fitting experiences. The Performance Representative will also support the OSR in product visibility, product training, and account service to meet and exceed expectations. This position is full-time, with a varied schedule, and requires up to 75% travel. Must be available to work scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season in the assigned territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of fitters within the specified territory, including hiring, training, developing, and scheduling.
- Develop the Performance Fitters on your team to achieve and exceed sales initiatives, including product releases, educational experiences, micro-launches, sales incentives, and seasonal programs.
- Maintain the best-in-class product and fitting knowledge to develop and implement innovative training techniques and best practices.
- Manage fitting event organization and planning, including scheduling and asset management within your territory for Callaway Green Grass and Off-Course accounts and associates, including Toptracer.
- Streamline processes and procedures to enhance order management and fulfillment.
- Partner cross-functionally with the Outside Sales Representative(s) to ensure exceptional customer service through merchandising, inventory management, and inquiry communication.
- Support Callaway HQ sales initiatives, including but not limited to product releases, educational experiences, micro-launches, sales incentives, and programs
- Execute strategic fitting events and provide best-in-class performance evaluations
- Assist in product training for both Green Grass and Off-Course accounts and associates

- Must be comfortable presenting technical ideas and facts in line with Callaway standards to a diverse audience of consumers and customers.
- Comfortable working autonomously or as a team to achieve goals.
- Callaway Master Fitter certification will be required upon hire
- Interest in learning and leading full product training on Toptracer technology, products, pricing, and sales process, including a T30 assessment.
- Excellent Organizational skills.
- Must be dependable with a track record of prioritizing and multi-tasking
- Interested in continuously learning the best in business technology, including mobile devices, computer software, and launch monitors.
- Admirable customer service
- Exhibited leadership and professionalism.
- Geographic knowledge of the territory is preferred
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Supervisor experience preferred
- 2+ years of golf-related custom fitting experience
- 2+ years of golf-related sales and customer service experience
- Golf retail/sales at green grass and off-course facilities preferred
- Golf fitting certification(s) a plus
- Experience supervising employees a plus
- Callaway product catalog knowledge is a plus
- Geographic knowledge of the territory is a plus
