Personal Assistant to Entrepreneur with multiple businesses Job at Evolution Mill

Purpose:

The personal assistant will take on a variety of personal and business administrative tasks to free up the entrepreneur's time for high-level activities. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of both the entrepreneur's personal and business life, allowing him to focus on growth-driving activities and recharge during personal time.

Responsibilities:

Personal and Business Admin Support: Manage various administrative tasks to support both personal and business needs. This could include scheduling appointments, contacting vendors, managing correspondence, handling bills and invoices, coordinating travel arrangements, and more, as needed.

Airbnb Management Assistance: (A fancy Airbnb is one of the businesses) Take over various tasks related to the operation of Airbnb properties, including but not limited to regular tidying up (we have a cleaning person), tracking guest turnover dates, managing room turnovers, inventory management and improving procedures and documentation.

Grocery Shopping and Inventory Management: Regularly purchase groceries and household products for home and office. Keep a well-maintained inventory to ensure all necessary items are always in stock.

Task Systematization and Organization: Create and implement systems for all tasks to keep things well-organized and efficient. Develop and maintain procedural documentation.

Requirements:

No Previous experience is necessary.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
