Personal Banker - Part Time Job at Coastal Heritage Bank
Job Description: Coastal Heritage Bank is recruiting for a Part Time Personal Banker in our branch network. This position is responsible for assisting customers with opening and closing accounts, answering questions about products and services, and resolving problems that are within their authority. Acts as a liaison between customers and various organizations and departments; identifies and cross-sells opportunities for loan and deposit products and services. Provides daily support to the personal bankers as needed; maintains customer account information on computer system and assures that appropriate records are maintained. Greets and admits authorized customers to safe deposit vault area and maintains safe deposit records including billing, contracts and “flagging” boxes. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Schedule: 2-3 days per week- 8 hour shifts
Candidate may be required to work in multiple locations.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in banking or retail sales/service.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates excellent internal and external communications skills.
- Computer knowledge including Word and Excel.
