Quest Mold and Asbestos Inspections and Testing Corp. Remote
Responsibilities of the job are as follows:
- Answering phone calls
- Helping the business run smoothly by working side by side with the owner and assisting with a variety of tasks related to the business
- Managing multiple or complex calendars for meetings, travel and personal commitments
- Making travel arrangements for in-office professionals
- Sitting in on meetings in either person/virtual to take minutes
- Creating mold/asbestos reports, memos, and agendas as needed and sending to clients
- Preparing financial statements, invoices, letters and statements
- Disseminating memos, reports and other information to relevant colleagues
- Managing email accounts (reading and replying to emails)
- Making sure to review all ‘contact us’ forms in the emails that are submitted from the website and respond accordingly
- Proofread and add to mold/asbestos assessment reports as needed
- Proofread and add to mold/asbestos articles made by others as needed
NO PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
HOWEVER, applicant must be a self starter and be able to follow instructions as they are presented to them and without assistance. An ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computers. That includes emailing, creating invoices, and various other tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
