Personal Injury Liaison Job at Anthony Medical and Chiropractic Center
Anthony Medical and Chiropractic Center is currently seeking a PI Liaison to add to our growing team! Here at Anthony Medical, health is our number one goal. As a personal injury liaison one of your daily responsibilities is to ensure our patients are well taken care of, and our outsource contacts are up to date on all information.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and medical procedures accurately in our Electronic Health System
- Reporting Daily Start/End of Day New Personal Injury Patients for the 5 Clinics of Anthony Medical
- Sending Referrals to each clinic
- Verifying and Sending 1st and 3rd Party Claims via mail, fax, or email
- Preparing and Sending Records as Requested
- Provide patients with answers to basic questions about the company
- Connect patients with the right department for more specific questions
- Leave every patient feeling wowed by the level of service
- Meet and ideally exceed team goals
Job Requirements
- Previous administrative, and medical office experience is a plus
- Medical terminology
- Exceptional communication skills
- Bilingual a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
