We are currently looking for several highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you assist the client in achieving their individual health and fitness goals. You express your dedication to fitness by guiding, educating, and encouraging your client through an important journey.
Expectations
- Assist clients in developing short and long term goals
- Challenge and encourage client to advance their workout while being safe and effective
- Provide guidance on health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes
- Know how to use equipment and demonstrate exercises
- Keep record of client’s progress
- Positive and upbeat attitude with strong communication skills
- Demonstrate a passionate and collaborative work environment
- General facility cleanliness and equipment upkeep
- Assist with new member sign-up
Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (required)
- Evening and weekend availability (required)
- 1+ years personal training experience (preferred)
- 1+ years strength and conditioning experience (preferred)
- First-Aid/CPR/AED training/certifications (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
