Starting wage: $18 to $25; commission once licensed by the Structural Pest Control Board.

After Training and Certification: Commission based on work performed.

Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours Per Week: Full Time: 40+ (Must be willing to work overtime)

Work Days: Monday - Friday; additional days as needed.

CA Driver's License: C: (Passenger Car) Bring DMV print-out to interview for consideration.

Duties: Servicing assigned Critter Busters maintenance accounts, selling and performing one-times, and clean-outs on a monthly basis throughout homeowners associations, homes, business complexes, schools, golf courses, etc.

Wildlife Pest Control Specialists will be trained to control the following pests: gophers, ground squirrels, raccoons, opossums, skunks, rats, mice, general insects, bees, wasps, and birds. Specialists will return calls as necessary throughout the day to customers for scheduling purposes. Worksites entail working outdoors and indoors, being able to tolerate various environmental conditions, including but not limited to seasonal weather, damp, dirty and dusty conditions, walking on slopes, climbing ladders as high as 3-story buildings, walking on roofs, agility to enter attics and crawl under houses, and the ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs routinely. Excellent customer service skills are necessary. Must be a hard worker and project a positive company image at all times. Must be 18 years old or older & have a clean driving record. Selected applicants will be on a 90-day probationary period. Must be able to read and write in English & able to pass the state applicators certification, trapping Certification, & Structural General Pest License. You will be live scanned.
