Pet Resort Customer Service Receptionist

This position is responsible for maintaining and exceeding Customer expectations by successfully completing these Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service in all situations

• Greeting and interacting with customers by phone, email, and in-person

• Create and manage customer reservations

• Provide facility tours to interested customers

• Maintain accurate files and records

• Handling and walking pets, mostly at check-in / check-out

• General upkeep and cleaning of the facility in line with our high standards

• Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications/Qualifications

• Energetic, caring, and passionate about animals

• Desire to work in a fun, fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task

• Ability to work cohesively with others

• Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors daily

• Able to clean pet accommodations/facilities to maintain our high standards

• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds

• Ability to stand up to 8 hours

• Operate basic computer software

• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends and holidays
