• $16+/hr starting pay
• Employees work about 15 - 20 hrs per week. It's a great job if you have another job, school, or gig work.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Walk/exercise, and return dogs home safely, professionally, clean, and timely
• Safe driving from pet home to pet home
• Keep supervisor informed of anything important that arises during the day (good or bad)
• Provide daily report card for each dog at the end of each day in our client portal (either picture or short note)
• Using our walking, scheduling and client communication software
• Report any safety issues immediately
• Capable of working in an outdoor environments (rain, wind, sunshine, cold weather)
• Capable of handling large dogs or pairs of dogs
• Follow care instructions
• Must not be allergic to cats or dogs

Requirements:

• 
  You are reliable, punctual and prioritize safety
• You are willing to learn and understand reward-based dog training methods (we are not trainers but we do help enforce positive training methods)
• You are a capable driver who is comfortable with traffic and following Google Maps
• You exhibit great customer service skills and attention to detail
• You are an excellent team player that can also work independently
• You have a passion for pets!
• You possess a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle
• Candidates must be available at least 3 days during the week and at least one shift on weekends
• The majority of tasks assigned will require you to walk or stand on your feet for several hours per day
• Additional required duties are to drive, sit, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, walk up and down stairs; handle extra small and/or large dogs, and be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to pass a background check
• You have previous customer service experience and are capable of communicating with clients in English
• You are capable of working successfully with little supervision
• You have the patience and empathy to work with puppies and other animals with special needs and requirements (medical and/ or behavioral concerns)
• You must own a smartphone (iOS or Android) with the ability to run our scheduling software (using data and GPS as needed)
