Expected Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- College Degree preferred but not required
- Professional phone voices and phone skills
- Superior written and verbal communication with efficient typing, email, chat, and texting skills
- Confident personality
- Superior customer service skills
- Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, superior time managements skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work with computer applications including but not limited to: email, text, chat applications, web applications and our CRM application
- Driven to earn performance bonuses in addition to base pay
Job Requirements
- Execute dealership’s internet and phone appointment standards and processes
- Set appointments with customers from incoming internet, phone and chat requests using defined word tracks and templates while maintaining performance standards
- Be prepared, friendly, knowledgeable, and confident on every customer interaction
- Perform daily follow-up with sales and service prospects to increase appointments and show rates
- Record all activity in the CRM
- Consistently maintain a standard level of incoming and outgoing customer communications by phone, text or email
- Contact customers via outgoing phone, email, or text to set appointments based on marketing initiatives/campaigns
