Phone Release Specialist Job at NCB Management Services, Inc.
The Phone Release Specialist assists in the removal of account and phone number blocks preventing calls from being made to the consumers. Review accounts in DM and PDAS to ensure the call can be released. Documentation of approval and removal. Other clerical tasks that are required.

Position Responsibilities
- Ensure and document outbound dialer activity
- Account reviews and research
- Phone Dial Attempt Supervisor (PDAS)
- Working together with the call distribution team to ensure agents are active
- Clerical tasks related to user setup and maintenance
- Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned periodically by management
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools including Excel and Word
- Work well independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Full time schedule, including evenings, weekends
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, resourceful and driven personality
