Physical Therapist Assistant Job at FIRST Rehab
This is a full time position for a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant in our Atlantis/ Lake Worth facility. We are an established and very busy outpatient physical therapy clinic located in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and Atlantis specializing in post-op orthopedic care.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy treatments to patients to facilitate increased independence and functioning under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Acts as an assistant to the Physical Therapist when the Physical Therapist is performing tests, evaluations, and complex procedures. 2. Implements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the primary Physical Therapist.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy. State License/registration where applicable.
