JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Physician Assistant committed to delivering the best patient care experience possible. We combine technology with modern care. LOCATION:
Montclair Clinic: 1970 Mountain Blvd, Oakland, CA 94611

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Key Role in creating Holistic and Integrative Medicine Practice
• Key role in establishing and expanding Urgent and Primary Care Onsite and via Telemed when time allows
• Develop and implement Primary Care arm of clinic with Chief Medical Officer and Clinical Director
• Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
• Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
• Completion of chart notes within 48 hours
• Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
• Develop and implement patient management plans
• Work with HR, Operations and billing to ensure smooth operation and execution of primary care initiatives
• Relay suggestions and ideas for business development to department heads and CEO
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Functions as an integral part of the team
• Diagnose, treat, manage and discharge patients from Pediatric to Geriatric

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience as a Physician Assistant in Emergency Medicine, Primary Care or Urgent Care
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work as a team with other department heads and staff
• Willingness to work onsite and telemed if needed
• Understanding management reserves the right to change hours to current operational needs

Pay: $156,000.00 - $197,600.00 per year
