We are looking for a full time APRN or PA who intends to live, work and settle permanently in Connecticut, and who wants to be a part of a vibrant family medicine group in the suburbs of the greater Hartford area.
We have been on EMR since 2005. We practice to our certification of a Level 3, Patient Centered Medical Home. We use the Family Medicine hospitalist program at St Francis Hospital for our adult patients. Our call is every 6th day and weekend, and we only cover for our own group. We schedule adequate time for our physicals, our follow up visits and well child visits, such that we can provide comprehensive care. Our compensation is very competitive to other family practice groups in the area, yet, our practice style and life style is significantly better. The physicians working here have been here for many years and we are looking for someone who wants the same type of stability.
