Pilates Instructor Job at Club Pilates Chisholm Trail
Do you want to get in on the ground level with a brand-new studio who really values their Pilates instructors? As the owner of this studio, I came into Club Pilates as a member, I have been through the Teacher Training program and have many friends and even a daughter who teaches for Club Pilates so I've seen the business from all aspects and really value what you do as a Pilates instructor. I often call Pilates Instructors my HEROES as you really do change people's lives for the better! I am looking to add a couple more highly motivated and dynamic instructors to our already amazing Club Pilates Chisholm Trail family, as well as to build my sub list.
Some of the things that sets us apart from other studios:
- I designed the studio with you in mind, spending extra to help the acoustics in the building to help preserve your voice as well as adding a glass door between the lobby and main room so you aren’t competing with the sales associate’s voice.
- I added an extra room I like to call our "CHOCOLATE ROOM" where our staff can slip away and make themselves something special at our COFFEE BAR, grab a company provided snack and regroup.
- We offer 401K to eligible employees
- All staff are direct employees, not independent contractor, so you get PAID MORE and don't have to keep up with receipts for tax time.
- We offer block scheduling with competitive pay. You will not be driving in to teach only 1-2 classes, unless that’s what you desire.
- We will have a Master Trainer with multiple certifications on staff who I will pay to host workshops for you to further your Pilates knowledge.
For those of you who are new to Club Pilates, we use Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, spring boards, ballet barre and more. We offer multiple level classes as well as Private Training on our Cadillac.
