QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 800+ hours of total pilot time in fixed wing aircraft. 1,000 hours preferred.
• 20+ Multi-engine hours. 150 hours preferred.
• Comprehend and execute complex procedures.
• Possess sound analytical skills and high stress tolerance.
• Demonstrate ability to work within team environment and work under tight time constraints and deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, effective, and timely communications.
• Interact respectfully and professionally with coworkers, clients, vendors, and all other personnel.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Reside or relocate within 1 hour of base airport.

COMPENSATION & BENFITS

• Industry competitive salary: Base salary guarantee varies on total flight hours
  • Entry Level SIC: Guarantee base salary starting at $52,000 annually / $4,400 monthly guarantee. Annual total comp average $118k.
• $30,000 Hourly cash bonus average (flying over 685 hours annually)
• $500 Daily Day Off Pay - for flying on day off
• $3,000 Dual type differential.

SCHEDULE

• 12 hard days off per month, 11 months out of the year. February is 10 hard days off.
• 14-hour reserve line duty period.
• 2-hour call out until wheels up. Must arrive at the base within one hour.
• Lift 50+ lbs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current First Class FAA Medical Certificate required.
• Prove U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States.
• Able to travel freely and without restrictions inside/outside the United States.
• Commercial, Instrument, MEL.
• Capable of obtaining and maintaining Airport Access Badges as required
• Meet ICAO requirements, including the age 65 restriction

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work various shifts and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Work in a high stress environment while remaining calm composure
• Lift 50+ lbs.
