Pipefitter Job at Middleton Mechanical LLC
Middleton Mechanical LLC is looking for qualified plumbers/ pipefitters to assist in the repair, maintenance, construction and installation of natural gas distribution systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential house piping, HVAC systems, or installing meter sets. Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must have a clean driving record and have the ability to pass a background check.
*Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and will be required to use a company vehicle for Company business.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Good computer, math and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must have acceptable work and attendance record
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
- Must be able to measure, cut and thread black iron pipe
- Must be able to lay out and accurately cut holes through wood and concrete using power tools
- Must be able to perform pressure tests in accordance with company standards
- Must be able to complete all required documentation of work performed
- Must wear all required PPE while performing job duties
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SAFELY IN A GOAL ORIENTED ENVIRONMENT with a willingness to assist other crew members as needed.
Preferences:
- Previous Military experience
- Trades and/or Craft Work Experience (e.g., mechanical, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, residential/commercial construction, pipefitting)
- Good customer service skills
- Positive verbal and written communications skills

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
