Objective
Plant Industrial Custodian needed for our Moncure, NC location. Structured Monday through Friday, 10-hour shifts, with 10 hours OT. Competitive starting hourly rate and scheduled performance review/increase for new Team members. OT after 40 and for all unscheduled hours worked. Essential Functions
Must be able to perform heavy work requiring lifting or exerting pressure in excess of 50 Pounds frequently. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors. A substantial amount of standing, walking, climbing reaching overhead, bending and squatting, sitting is required. Must be able to hear alarms and timers and differentiate between the different normal and abnormal noises, sounds and alarms found in the operation of a manufacturing plant. Vision requirements include the ability to see instrument read-outs, charts, gauges, and alarm windows. Frequent exposure to outdoor conditions, high heat, dusts, chemicals, loud noises, rotating machinery, and other conditions found in a power plant.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work 10-hour rotating schedule
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter
Additional Eligibility Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use simple cleaning tools and operate equipment.
- Ability to work in a power plant environment.

- Maintain facilities indoor and outdoor appearance.
- Perform normal routine cleaning; sweeping, mopping, and dusting; debris and trash removal.
- Clean material spills with sweeper or shovel or other equipment.
- Operate skid steer, sweeper or lull as needed.
- Assist maintenance team with minor repairs.
- Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory safety standards and protocols.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
