We are seeking a full-time registered nurse to join our plastic surgery center’s team of experienced, qualified, hard-working professionals.

Scheduling: This is not a 9-5 position, we need someone who is flexible and has the flexibility to put their career first. Surgery days will start at 6:30 am and we will have administration days once per a week.
Our perfect candidate will be:
✓ Experienced working in a PACU: ICU, CCU, or ER
✓ BLS + ACLS
✓ Kind, compassionate, patient
✓ Hard working- we need someone who feels comfortable and motivated to work independently while taking direction well
✓ Quick on your feet
✓ Ability to multi-task
✓ Organized and process oriented, charting is a big part of this position
Here is what a typical surgery day will look like for you:
- Arrive in the morning first with other clinical staff members
- Prepare the operating room and ensure it’s sterile prior to patient arrival
- Greet patient and make them feel comfortable, our patients need to receive world class treatment. Customer care is the most important part of everyone’s position here.
- Complete paperwork with your patient, review procedure expectations, get the patient worked up, take photographs, hand off to surgeon
- Be present and active during each procedure
- Assist with all clinical inventory
- Sterilize and turn operating room after each procedure
- Recover each patient intimately
- Take each patient out to their caretake, help them into car, and educate caretake about aftercare.
- Maintain all: paperwork, charting, and clinical documents
- Work with anesthesia teams, surgical staff, and administration to ensure each patient received world class care.
- Must be an IV rockstar!
- Stay after to clean Operating room, sterilize instruments, take out trash, and other end of day protocals
