Plastics Process Technician - *1st Shift or 2nd shift* Job at Erwin Quarder Inc.

Job Responsibilities:
· sets up machines according to instructions and schedule
· cleans and lubricates tools in running production
· determines number of parts produced and communicates information to shift supervisor
· performs sampling and testing of new tools and ECL parts, and determines process data and documentation
· instructs machine operators in machine operation and manual work as needed
· monitors machines, readjusts as needed, and informs quality assurance as needed.
Requirements:
· three or more years of experience in a similar position
· ability to adapt to a fast-paced Tier II automotive production environment
· willingness to learn and stay current with industry advancements
· experience with eDart and RJG preferred
· pre-employment drug screening (urine and hair follicle).
