Responsibilities:
The Plumbing Tech 2- Apprentice assists in the assembly, installation, inspections, alterations, renovation, maintenance and repairing pipes, fittings, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.
- Assists Technicians to investigate and analyze all types of plumbing, and drainage calls, to meet customer satisfaction.
- Must be customer oriented with the ability to use good judgment and solve problems.
- Communicate adequately and appropriately with the customer.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Plumbing certification and/or training from an accredited technical school
- 1-3 years’ experience as a Plumbing Apprentice
- A working understanding of plumbing standards, rules, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is desirable.
