YOUR LIFE AS A PLUMBING INSTALLATION PROJECT LEADER

This project management position works full-time, Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with occasional overtime.

As a Plumbing Installation Project Leader, you are essential to the successful completion of our projects. From the beginning to the end, you are actively involved in every phase of each job. Prioritizing efficiency, you develop productive schedules for our plumbers and adjust timelines according to the team's progress. Using your exceptional leadership skills, you oversee all aspects of the projects, adjusting workflow appropriately as well as hiring and terminating employees when required. Regularly, you check the fieldwork to ensure each project is completed on time and according to the client's needs.

Staying within budget is of critical importance to you, so you stay up to date with current material prices and labor factors. Additionally, you help strengthen our sales force by developing and implementing effective policies concerning aspects such as training and managing sales employees. You take great pride in successfully optimizing our operations and bringing client satisfaction to a new level!
