Credit Portfolio Manager IV– South Florida

FinTrust Connect has partnered with a top regional U.S. Bank that is rapidly expanding its credit operations and looking to hire a Credit Portfolio Manager in South Florida. This person is responsible for underwriting complex and large credit facilities for existing and new customers and for proactively completing requisite portfolio management responsibilities, while having a good understanding of policies and procedures and authority levels. The Credit Portfolio Manager IV may carry some loan authority and may be asked to review credit packages completed by other Credit Portfolio Managers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years underwriting complex new loan requests and modifications.

• Minimum of five (5) years preparing effective packages for credit approval circulation.

• Minimum of five (5) years ensuring that credits are accurately risk rated and properly monitored and reported.

• Minimum of five (5) years obtaining and monitoring various loan portfolio reports such as maturing loans, past-due loans, and annual reviews.

• Minimum of seven (7) years managing and tracking covenants, borrowing bases, A-R ageing, etc.

Description:

• Underwrite new loan requests, renewals, annual reviews, and modifications

• Obtain necessary financial information from loan officers or borrowers to complete the Credit Package

• Prepare effective packages for credit approval and to present to the required level of credit authority.

• Review credit packages for other Credit Portfolio Managers and provide guidance and review to less experienced credit team members.

• Obtain and monitor various loan portfolio reports, such as maturing loans, past-due loans, annual reviews and assist lenders with requisite action plans.

• Manage and track covenants, borrowing bases, A-R Ageing

• Assure that credits are accurately risk rated and properly monitored/reported.

• Adhere and comply with all requirements of Regulation B Adverse Action Procedures -- Florida Division.

• Advise Lenders on all matters related to the Bank's Credit Policy and related Procedures/Forms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
