POS Configuration (Implementation Specialist) Job at Dynamics Payments, LLC
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the set-up of company solutions (software and hardware), load Merchant ID credentials integrated with Point of Sale (POS), quality testing and provide the merchants with training on our payments Solutions.
Responsabilities:
- Educate clients on online virtual solutions, credit card and ACH (Automated Clearing House network)
- Setup merchant account credentials and provide them to partners and clients for Implementations.
- Configure integrated solutions with POS credit card devices (Front end and back end set up)
- Guide clients on standalone hardware based on web-based tools.
- Complete all rigorous testing to ensure the quality of the implementation.
- Document the entire setup procedure according to department procedure, keeping detailed, accurate notes, ensuring that the solution has been configured correctly.
- Use the company's tools to address customer requests by e-mail, telephone or virtually.
- Follow-up with the merchant for additional support and confirming successful processing.
- Work with timeframes in compliance with KPI’s standards and/or metrics.
- Continuous research and learning of new company products and integrations
- Support the Inventory Management team as needed.
Skills:
- Ability to clearly explain problems and solutions to non-technical users.
- Capability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Person committed and willing to learn and grow in the organizational environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of payment processing operations, technology, and equipment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills both in Spanish and English.
- Must be able to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.
- Knowledge in PC hardware and Software based on Windows and Apple Operating Systems
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft office applications.
- Proficient Customer service and professional skills over the phone, email, or virtual.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge and verbal skills.
Qualifications:
- This role is non-remote and will be based in our San Juan, Puerto Rico headquarters.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driving license and a good driving record
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned according to business needs.
