Job Title: Practice Manager NN
Requirements:
  • Maintains knowledge of revenue cycle and internal financial controls and management of patient/provider schedules
  • Supervision of practice vendors, patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, data entry and processing, and cash posting
  • Coordination of the day to day operations of the practice
  • Develops, implements, and maintains office policies and procedures
  • Interviews, hires, and trains medical office team and conducts performance reviews
  • Maintains and manages all filing and organizational systems for the practice
  • Ensures patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences
  • Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ensures staffing is appropriate for day to day operations
  • Assists in special projects
Other Requirements
Education: Bachelors or Associates Degree in Health Care, Business Administration, or Accounting preferred.

Skills:
  • Maintenance of all payroll functions to include PTO, 401K, FSA, insurance premiums, account reconciliations, and bonuses.
  • General Ledger (QuickBooks Pro )
  • Banking maintenance to monitor cash flow; tracking multiple accounts and transferring funds as needed
  • Benefits Coordinator
  • Insurance maintenance for property, business, and workmen's compensation
  • Property Management for the salon next door (Owners own this property) not a daily thing
  • Contact for Condo Association for Business
  • Knowledge and experience in all aspects of billing
  • Human resources experience in hiring, supervision, and performance reviews
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and labor law
  • Problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication skills, across all forums including face to face, email, telephone.
  • Knowledge of continuous process improvement concepts and practices
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Managing employee insurance enrollment, payroll liens, and other deductions.
  • Employee onboard including E-Verify and New Hire State reporting.
  • Bank deposits, posting payments, and credits card transactions.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Processing payroll with detailed entry of hours, rates, and deductions.
  • Managing the accounts receivable including deposits and monitoring accounts for timely payment.
  • Enrolling and monitoring responses to offers of insurance coverage.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution skills
  • Strong customer service orientation; high energy level
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with a wide cross section of individuals.

Hours: 8:15 AM- 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
Type: Temporary to Hire
