Prep Cook/Line Cook Job at Tailwind MGM
Tailwind, a national airport concessionaire, operates airport concessions at 35 airports across the country. This location is looking for a strong, skilled cooks who are excited to join our team at the Montgomery, AL airport.
Some Responsibilities to Include:
- Review and understand all kitchen and health codes.
- Review and understand knife and slicer safety procedures.
- Daily prep of all menu items.
- Ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation is done.
- Label & rotate all food.
Must have reliable transportation, open availability and must be able to pass a back-ground check to receive an airport badge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
