We are small, privately owned preschool that has been part of the Blue Bell community for 40 years and offer a 12 week summer camp with our fun, loving preschoolers!
We are a PA DHS Certified and Keystone Stars facility.
We are looking for a Lead Camp Teacher who wants to be a part of a loving, friendly, and happy camp community with three to five year olds.
Preschool Camp Teacher's Duties and Responsibilities:
The Preschool Camp Teacher helping to create a caring, safe, and fun environment for the children to coincide with our weekly themes. The Preschool Camp Teacher must be able to communicate, listen and work well with others in a team environment and work with other staff in implementing a quality educational program and in developing positive relationships with the children and their parents. Preschool Camp Teachers are responsible for implementing and supervising developmentally appropriate activities based on children’s interests and needs.
Preschool Camp Teacher Qualifications:
- Experience working with children.
- High energy.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A strong understanding of child development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Preschool Camp Teacher Schedule and Benefits:
This position is for five days a week (Monday to Friday). The hours are from 8:45 to 3:15, optional additional hours
Range Rate: $15.00 to $18.00/hour depending on qualifications and experience
Preschool Camp Teacher Requirements:
Upon hire individual must provide physical completed by her/his doctor and clearances: FBI, criminal background, child abuse, NSOR.
