About us
Temple Beth Avodah Early Learning Center is a school for children ages 15 months-5 years.
We are looking for warm and caring Early Childhood Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be able to create a safe and nurturing learning environment for young children, plan and implement engaging activities and lessons, and ensure that all students are receiving the necessary care and attention. This position is school year beginning in September, Monday-Thursday 8:30-12:15 and 8:30-1:30 on Fridays. There is a possiblity of additional hours.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Observe and document children's progress.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Ensure the safety of all children in the classroom.
- Encourage creativity, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.48 - $23.33 per hour
