Mobile Physician Services is seeking a licensed Primary Care APRN or PA to join our growing team of house-call medical professionals in the Pasco and Hernando, FL area. An active Florida medical license is required. A reliable mode of transportation is essential as this position requires frequent travel to patient homes within the Pasco and Hernando, FL area. The perfect candidate will have previous experience working in geriatrics and enjoy being an engaging and positive member of our valued team. This role requires the highest caliber of professionalism and exemplary communication with internal and external contacts. Strong attention to detail is required as this position routinely handles patient information in electronic medical records. Personable, service-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply!

The Primary Care APRN/PA’s responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and treat behavioral and psychiatric health
• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions
• Provide psychotherapy to patients
• Manage patient medication
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for homebound patients via analyzing and interpreting medical histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic imaging.
• Maintain standards of care and professional practice guidelines
• Collaborate with our team of specialists to develop treatment plans for high-risk patients
• Partnering with local home health agencies, labs, imaging companies, and vendors
• Communicate with patients and caregivers regarding self-management of diagnosis
• Respond to patient and caregiver questions in a timely and knowledgeable manner
• Maintain compliance with HIPPA and Health Care regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $235,000.00 per year
