Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, deployment and testing of sophisticated enterprise security solutions, systems & infrastructure
• Provide technical expertise and analysis for all areas of security IT, including: network security, platform security, authentication/authorization systems, identity & access management systems, application security, security infrastructure, policy, process & procedure enforcement, and security frameworks
• Identify and remediate security risks, threats and vulnerabilities across networks, systems and applications
• Work with appropriate personnel to build a practical, scalable, and secure model for enterprise applications, networks, and services

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• Firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint)
• BS or BA degree (preferably in technical or IT risk management related field) or any combination of equivalent education, experience, and formal training that allows the candidate to meet the requirements of the job
• 8 or more years of IT risk management/information security engineering experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training
• Advanced expertise in Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls and central management systems, MDS and Panorama
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging network applications failures
• Preferred experience with network monitoring and automation with Tufin
• Log-monitoring and event management systems (Splunk power user experience/exposure)
• Experience with Zscaler ZTNA tools such as ZPA/ZIA
• Good hands-on Automation skills using PYTHON Programming Scripting
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

• CISSP and/or relevant SANS/GIAC certification
• Palo Alto Certification(s) PCNSA/PCNSE
• Splunk power user experience/exposure
• AWS monitoring and troubleshooting
• Python scripting and automation
• Airline industry experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per year
