Ability to commute/relocate:
- Port Charlotte, FL 33948: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Requirements:
- Have a proven, strong record in sales and business development
- Knowledge of Region 8 areas
- 1-year experience in Private Duty Home Care
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of home care in the home
- High School diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Flexibility and good time management are a must
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
- Demonstrates good communications skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills
- Ability to use evolving technology
Responsibilities of the position:
- Responsible for interaction in the community & promoting the company's services
- Develop & meet with potential staffing contracts in the community
- Communicates on a routine basis with contract agencies to maintain smooth relations and to obtain needed information
- Speaking with clients to discuss available services & to obtain signed consent paperwork
- Assists community with finding available resources
- Respond & clarify any contract issues to communicate with the office
- Develop/implement marketing strategies
- Innovates and creates initiatives to enhance the company's reputation
- Monitors trends in the industry
- Demonstrates a high degree of responsibility for attendance & use of work time in a productive and efficient manner
- Communicates with patients/families on home health aide-related issues
