Private Practice: Receptionist Job at Crystal Falls Dental
We are a private and family-owned dental office looking for an upbeat and experienced dental receptionist. No corporate pressure, no weekends, and no traveling to multiple locations! We are a general dental practice that accepts private insurance or cash patients only. No Medicaid, Medicare, or HMO policies.
Great attitude and patient centered care is a must. This is a full time position working 4 days a week from Monday-Thursday. Hours are from 7:45 am -5:15 pm, with an hour lunch from 12-1 pm. MUST have experience and knowledge with treatment plans, scheduling patients, answering busy phone, and comfortable interacting with patients. Use with OpenDental is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All PPE is provided; N95, gowns, gloves, temperature checks, and covid screening questions for all patients. Multiple air purifying machines in the office.
Experience:
- dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
- treatment planning: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Registered Dental Assistant License (Preferred)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
