Job Summary

The Process Czar will observe, catalogue and document all Atlas processes. The successful candidate will identify inefficiencies and have a passion for continuous improvement. The candidate understands that process excellence requires never-ending improvement. They will work closely with the Dean of Atlas University to ensure that process improvements are captured in all Atlas learning material. They will identify fragmented processes and homogenize them to ensure there is an Atlas way of operating.

Primary Responsibilities

• Document and catalogue all as-is Atlas processes
• Work closely with various departments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement to increase the productivity
• Present observation findings, implementation plan, and potential cost savings to senior management and other stakeholders
• Perform gap analysis against existing business processes to determine the need for aligning, revising, or creating new processes to support target KPIs
• Facilitate the implementation of new and revised processes while following the standard change management process
• Conduct follow-up revisions & maintenance of existing processes and system as needed
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, and mentor department supervisors & managers on CI techniques, methodologies, and culture
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking to compare Business Processes and Performance metrics with those that demonstrate superior performance

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of oil trading and/or oil field services industry experience
• Minimum of 10 years process excellence experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
