OPPORTUNITY: ENCON Evaporators, based in Hooksett, NH, is a manufacturer of evaporation systems for industrial and commercial wastewater and process applications. We offer an excellent opportunity for a talented and proven technical professional to join our team in this technically oriented customer facing role.

Primary responsibilities include managing customer installation and startups to ensure our customers have a positive experience commissioning their ENCON systems, conducting quality control testing, generating documentation including O&M manuals and process layout drawings, troubleshooting equipment and applications issues, and providing general support to customers remotely or on-site.

Up to 30-50% travel (typical is 10-30%), mostly within the United States. When travel is not required, service and support is conducted from our office in Hooksett, NH via phone, MS Teams, email, etc. Other responsibilities include: initiating continuous improvement projects, providing feedback to design engineers on product improvements and fixes based on first hand experience and customer interactions, monitoring ENCON systems in the field via ENCON’s remote monitoring system (ENCON-link) and using this data to proactively come up with process or equipment solutions for the customer.

BACKGROUND and EXPERIENCE:

· Experience working in an industrial facility, either as a direct employee or in a vendor/support capacity

· Direct experience working with pumps, motors, VFD’s , control devices including PLC’s, and fluid handling systems

· Experience generating P&ID’s and PFD’s in an industrial equipment or process environment

· Experience using process simulation software such as ASPEN is a plus.

· An ability to read and interpret electrical schematics is a strong plus

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:

· A BS degree in applicable engineering fields (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or Engineering Technology degrees are preferred. Other technical degrees or relevant experience will be considered.

· A service oriented personality, this is a customer facing role.

· Excellent customer communication skills such that you can effectively communicate your ideas and thoughts to customers with a broad spectrum of expertise. Rigorous documentation of communications is required.

· Experience with Material Resource Planning (MRP) software is a plus.

· An ability to solve problems by starting with a broad concept or big picture followed by funneling down to more minute details when working with customers to find effective solutions to their problems.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
