Our Ammeraal Beltech Operations team is currently looking for a Process Engineer for our brand-new facility located in Buford, GA.

PROCESS ENGINEER

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new processes, and works on improving machines efficiencies, utilizations, design and create fixtures and tooling to make the processes run better. You will report to the Plant Manager and be part of the Operations team. This position works on a team of approximately 4 people. Key colleagues include the Technicians, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management. In this role, you will be based in Buford, GA, USA.

A day in the life of a Process Engineer can look like:

• Observe and follow safety rules as prescribed by the safety policies, including wearing required PPE.
• Performs research, design, and development of manufacturing processes
• Installs new equipment
• Supports the maintenance team
• Prepares engineering drawings using AutoCAD
• Assures that 5S level is maintained within operation

We are looking for you to offer the following:

• Two-year technical degree in Engineering or bachelor’s degree
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong financial analytical skills including cost control
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Positive team spirit
• Learning agility
• Ability to build relationships through collaboration
